Campaign Terms

Every Purchase done within the campaign period counts as 1 Lottery Ticket.
Purchase period is from November 14, 2022 to January 31, 2023
Only vehicles with minimum deposit at the time of Drawing(February 7 2023) are eligible as a lottery entry
Minimum Deposit for Shipment must be completed within the purchase period. (Campaign Terms #2)
Full payment of “All Cars” from the Campaign period must be done before receiving the prize.
Shipping/Freight and all additional Charges will be covered by the winner.
Only cars that have its minimum deposit for shipment cleared is counted towards your total # of purchase.
Example: If a customer bought 10 units but only managed to make a deposit for 6 units, he/she will only have 6 lottery entry.

This campaign only applies to KOBE MOTOR STOCKS
Only Purchases from Kobe Motor Stocks counts toward the Lottery Entry
Announcement of Winner will be on February 2023
Winners will be given a list of vehicles based on their country to choose from.

Terms of Disqualification

Customer fails complete the minimum deposit for shipment within the set period.
Failure to pay the vehicles before the ETA
Cancellation of any cars bought within the Campaign Period

KOBE MOTOR shall not be liable for any damages incurred by participants in connection with this Campaign, unless such damages are the result of the KOBE MOTOR’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
KOBE MOTOR assumes no responsibility for any problems between Participants or between Participants and third parties that may arise in connection with the Campaign.
If there are any defects found in the condition of the Product during shipment, KOBE MOTOR assumes no responsibility for it.
